Learning Services Terms and Conditions

These Learning Services Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in all courses, programs, and community memberships (the "Services") offered by AM Insights Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering for or participating in any of our Services, including online courses, webinars, and community membership, you ("Participant" or "you") agree to these terms.

1. Introduction

The Services offered by AM Insights Technology Limited include a combination of online courses, webinars, and access to a community membership (including Slack or other communication platforms). The Services are primarily designed for professionals in the asset management industry, including but not limited to sales professionals.

2. Eligibility

The Services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and professionally active or interested in the asset management industry. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Access to Services and Content

• Service Materials: Upon registration, participants will receive access to the relevant course materials, including video lectures, presentations, and webinars.

• Community Access: Some Services may include access to a membership community via platforms such as Slack or similar. Participation in these communities is subject to the Community Guidelines outlined below.

• Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify the content of any Service, including scheduling changes or updates to course materials, to ensure ongoing relevance and quality.

4. Payment and Fees

• Pricing: The cost for each Service will be outlined on our website or during the registration process. All fees are payable in advance unless an installment payment plan is agreed upon.

• Refunds Policy: We operate a no-refunds policy unless otherwise stated in specific offers or promotions. By purchasing any of our Services, you agree to this policy.

However, if you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, you may contact us at [email protected], and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds at our discretion.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable laws.

• Late Payments: For installment payment plans, missed payments will result in suspension of your access to the Services until outstanding payments are settled.

5. Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellation by Participant: You may cancel your participation in any Service by providing notice to us via [contact method]. Refunds will be reviewed as per the Refunds Policy described above.

• Cancellation by AM Insights Technology Limited: We reserve the right to terminate your access to any Service or community for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or failure to meet payment obligations. No refunds will be issued in the case of termination due to participant misconduct.

6. User Conduct

• Community Guidelines: Participants are expected to behave respectfully within all Service-related communities. Any form of harassment, inappropriate content, or spamming will result in removal from the community and termination of access to the Service without refund.

• Intellectual Property: All Service materials, including but not limited to video content, presentations, and supporting documents, are the intellectual property of AM Insights Technology Limited. You agree not to reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without prior written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the UK GDPR. By enrolling in any of our Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data shared with third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Slack) used to deliver the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Insights Technology Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any of our Services. The Services are provided for educational purposes, and no guarantees are made regarding your professional success as a result of completing the Services.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and AM Insights Technology Limited regarding any aspect of this Agreement, we will first seek to resolve it through informal negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to participants, and continued participation in any of our Services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
